This application is run by a single person (Klaus Mack). Replies usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours during weekdays. On weekends and holidays it may take a little longer — please bear with us.
Before writing — have a look at the forum. Your question may already have been answered, or other users may be able to help directly.
For bug reports it is helpful if you state the version of your app (found under LicenseManagerPro → About LicenseManagerPro) and your macOS or iPadOS version. Screenshots or a log excerpt can also help with diagnosis — the file attachment accepts PDF, image and text files up to 5 MB.
